Just got a membrane sweep!! It was the most painful thing ever !

How many centimeters dialated are you? I'm supposed to have mine swept tomorrow but i wasn't dialated at all last week so now i'm thinking i may not even have it done.

@lucyyxoxo_, I had no idea either but since I'm doing v bac my doctor recommended it .. I can't get indices so if I go overdue I would have to get another c section and I don't want to

@lucyyxoxo_, yea I was even holding on to my doctors hand and squeezing the bed lol but temporary pain is better than getting a c section for me

Oh i see why she went ahead and did it. I have a feeling i haven't progressed at all.. i read i would have to be atleast 2cm dialated to have it done 😕 But now hearing that it's painful i may not be too upset about waiting lol

getting checked period is so uncomfortable I can only imagine what that is like. my son came a week early so hopefully it's the same with my daughter and I don't have to wait too long. even though 39 weeks is still too long lol
