How does the target baby registry completion coupon work?

Idk but target completely messed up my registry & I never got a coupon.

I did some googling and that's what I've been reading :( I guess a separate company handles the registries and coupons and its hit or miss if you get it or not :( @xoxoalexusss

I did my registry and got a $25 gift card and a welcome bag of baby stuff worth $60
