I've been eating tums religiously because that's what helped with my first, but it doesn't work this time around. I'll try the vinegar but I would think that that would make the acid reflex worse?
Tums, I was the same way so I'd let them dissolve in a little water and chugged it. I didn't like the vinegar but I did use mustard it like cancels each other out
