While my husband was deployed I stayed w/ my mom so we can save money so we can be in a better position to buy a house. However; my husband felt our credit wasn't good enough so we should wait. I moved into our apartment in April he came home in June. He just called to tell me we got approved for 325K. I don't want to move again we just settled. We just finished baby girl's nursery 😢.

awww I understand.. can you break your lease... thats a blessing you guys can move into a home and be even more cosy and wont have to worry about moving a year later or what not.

Yeah I'm happy because we would have something to call our own & its best for our daughter but I just HATE moving. The realtor said the seller would pay the fee for us breaking our lease @srollins16

oh well thats even better. trust me i understand same thing happened to us. We moved into our home while I was 20 weeks.. moving is stressful. Good luck!
