okay Mama's I have a question all of a sudden I'm starting to throw up in the morning and when I eat breakfast for the past two days and I've been having like softer stools then normal and today I started having cramps after I went to the bathroom what could that be?

Your body is definitely preparing. Try eating light like you would with the flu. It all depends on Mother Nature too.

that's really weird because in the beginning I didn't get cramps or diarrhea or anything like that and now I have it
