Had my 39 week appointment, only one centimeter dilate and she wasn't able to sweep membranes. I'm going to have one stubborn little girl. 😢

@daniellecaprara11 she didn't tell me how many centimeters I had to be to get my membranes swept, just that one centimeter was too little. Thanks for your positive words, I'm feeling really down. 😕
@dmartinez, don't give up hope my first son I wasn't dialated at all but he came exactly at 40 weeks on his due date!! My second son came at 39 weeks! Still not dialated. This time who knows.
How many do you have to be to get the sweep I was 2 last week. Yeah idk why people think they will automatically get induced before 40 weeks they normally wait until 40 or 41 weeks. So idk you can ask but they won't.
And to be completely honest i havent been doing much to get things going 😣 Like walking, bouncing, sex, squats.. nothing! 😭
@floress_j I wasn't dilated at my last appointment which was at 38 weeks either. Hopefully it's different for you! Good luck!

Oh man 😔 I'm supposed to get mines swept tomorrow.. i'm worried now. I wasn't dialated at all last week. Were you?
My doctor said because I was only 1 centimeter dilated it would hurt me a lot to get my membranes swept, so she told me to wait until next week.

Girl don't!! Your baby will be here before you know it!! It could be today it could be tomorrow just understand you're so lucky you've been able to keep your baby in this long some people wish they could and the longer they stay in the healthier. Trust me I want my baby girl out more then anything right now but I know as long as she's baking she will be good she will know when it's time. Dialating isn't always an indication of labor it can spontaneously happen at anytime! You've got this. Now go out and enjoy the last bit of freedom!!! Lol 😍😘
