This May be a dumb question but can some one explain how the whole pumping while at work thing goes ? So do i pump and use the milk for the next day while im away ? What about the milk in my freezer do i just save that for when i stop pumping ? Or do i just freeze what i pumped at work as well ? Im confused lol

you always want to use the oldest milk first. so I would pump and freeze it and take the milk that was in the freezer the longest out for the next day!
If you have milk in the freezer, you can use that while you're at work. While you're at work and pump, you can put that in the freezer for the following day. OR breast milk is good in the fridge for 4 days, so you can keep that "fresh" if you like and not have to thaw it. Hope that helps!
