Got my annual pap smear . Doctor told me it could prolly be the fact that I'm stressed out is causing my hormones to go crazy . She also prescribed me folic acid .

Try Folate. Folic acid is the synthetic version of Folate. Folic Acid has been linked to minor birth defects in babies. Try Smarty Pants from Target. They have great reviews, and great ingredients, even DHA!!
