Is it true when you have a lot of heartburn your baby could be born with hair??

This is my first born, I had worse heartburn with him & he had less hair, but he was also 6 weeks early.

I had lots of heartburn & he had lots of hair 😀

@fruitloop13, and the funny thing is, he actually has a bit of hair on the sides and back so he has like full on old man hair 😂 it cracks me up!

today I read that this is actually one of the only wife's tales that has some stock to it. something about having more of the hormone that the hair needs to grow produces extra stomache acid. it's not a guarantee because some moms just have a weak stomache during pregnancy and your digestion process is all out of wack but it is (scientifically) possible that if you have heartburn your baby could be hairy. also, @ashley.sheeks that is the cutest, baldiest baby I have ever seen! omg. 😁😁😁

@kaitlinholland516, I had heartburn every single day. Every night at 130am I had to get up and take some tums. The morning I had him I was laying in the hospital bed begging for tums at 130am and had him at 306am. Every single nurse commented on his crazy hair lol

It's an old wive's tale...but I had TONS of heartburn through my first pregnancy and she came out with a head full of hair. I've had it with this one too and you could see her hair on the 3d ultrasound.
