just hit 13 weeks :) wondering what are the chances of finding out the gender on week 15?

cause also my best friend said she found out at about 12-14 weeks cause she's small and we're about the same size so she's saying I will be able to find out early

Yeah I won't really be able to do the nursery yet anyway until I get my own place so I was just thinking of trying to get the gender and then if they can't oh well. haha

I was 19 weeks.

I would wait for the routine 20 week gender ultrasound that way the baby is bigger, but that's just my opinion :)

I know alot of ladies get them done early the accuracy isn't 100% & I wouldn't go about painting the nursery/buying clothes for the gender just yet after finding out! My friend had found out at 16 weeks that it was a boy, she had her nursery ready & painted to only find out they were expecting a girl!

it all depends on how clear your ultrasound is. My lil one was sitting the wrong way so we couldn't catch a view of the genital area that early. I had to wait .. and then I even did a 3d ultrasound later bc I wasn't comfortable that the first tech said "It LOOKS like a girl .." lol
