has anyone had a lot of groin pains and lower back pains after pregnancy?

I was told if second or 3rd u get pains after labour aswell so think it's normal @leanne2016 xx

Yes I had horrendous groin pain after birth and I'm 12 weeks pp and it's only just settled down so don't worry it's normal. Just very painful. I Feel your pain. Xx

I've still got really bad back pain now, worse when I say down. Doing to the doctors this week to get checked out again. All they said when I went the first time was take pain killers every 4 hours but it's been 3 months and I can't take pain killers for 3 months solid so going to do back xx

thanks girls @baby316 @ellelovatt but do u know what I mean it's hard to even sleep at night to get comfy is that the pain u had? it's just so painful I don't know why

@baby316, yeah I have lower back pain as well

Yes I could hardly sleep at all in fact I can hardly sleep now because of the back pain but the groin pain has eased. Does the groin pain feel like a burning sensation sometimes when you try and move? Xx

Yeah it's like a really bad pain and it feels like I need a second for every movement I do getting out of bed like I can't just get out of bed like a normal human Lol it takes like a good 5 min or more coz of the pain

Yeah lately I've had this so bad that I can't walk without being crippled over in pain. I think it's to do with the uterus expanding xx

Yes mine felt worse after labour. How were your pelvic floor muscles after baby number 1? Xx
