To all who suffer from PTSD or have a spouse who suffers from PTSD, please know they will be in my thoughts and prayers. I have PTSD and I know what you or your spouse is going through. There is no easy solution to get through tonight. Be there for your spouse. Make sure they know how much you love, care, and appreciate them. We, who have PTSD, will get through this.
