Well I'm bored and realized that I never posted my birth story so here goes:
At around 36 weeks, I was having extremely sharp groin and pelvic pain and I felt like gravity was fighting with me down there and it was winning. I got checked at my OB's office and he told me that I was 4 cm dilated already. 37 weeks rolled by and I was still nowhere but at the end of the week I was checked again and I was at 5 cm. Same with the next week so I begged my OB to strip my membranes to see if it would help progress things (I was completely bed-ridden because of the pain) and he did because he's awesome. At about 3 am the next morning I started to feel sick and then I knew I was having contractions so we drive to the hospital. I went to L&D and they checked me in triage to see if I was dilated. I was still at a 5 so they gave me an hour, checked me again, and still wasn't progressed. at that point I started crying because I just wanted pain relief. After another hour they checked me again and I was finally at a 6! so they admitted me and that's when things really got intense. I felt like a wrecking ball was shattering my uterus and pelvic area so eventually I got the epidural and I was so relaxed, I felt like the turtle from Finding Nemo. Then the doctor checked me and said I had a bulging bag of water and I was fully dilated so he broke it and said to wait about an hour or two to help let the baby drop more. Then it was time to push. I pushed for about an hour (my bf almost passed out but the cute tiny nurse caught him lol) and then out came my perfect 8 lb 7 oz son who was 21 inches long. I on the other hand had some hemorrhaging and I went unconscious. I also did get an ovarian blood clot a few weeks later and had to be treated for it. But yeah that was my story! sorry it was so long Lol it was just the most special day in the world to me and I love sharing it ❤
Oh wow sounds like you had a hell of a time haha! I'm glad you're okay after going through what you did, that's pretty scary that you went unconscious. I realized after reading your birth story that I haven't posted mine either haha! Thanks for sharing :)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
@emkasting, It was craaaaazyy but I would do it all over again! I wasn't unconscious for very long, probably about 30 seconds or so. Hopefully with my next one I will know more on what to do and how to prepare myself :)
