Try expressing a little first so they aren't hard as a board .. It will help her latch on better

Awww she's gorgeous and I feel sorry for u hun.But the only way swelling will start to ease is if baby latch on. Its the worst at first. I watched videos on YouTube to help me see how to latch my lo.

with my son, when my milk 1st came in I would have to pump some out because it was engorged that he couldn't latch on and get anything. don't give up! you got this! 💜
