I'm extremely prone to them, I get like 3-4 a year.
I always call my ob and just tell them I know I have one, and to send diflucan to my pharmacy. It's a pill or two and it knocks it right out for me. Usually in a day and a half it's completely gone. I can't stand the creams. They're uncomfortable and they take so much longer to work.
