What is you guys best birth control method you guys have used? I was on depo just for 2 shots and it took me 7 months to become pregnant. I really liked it. had no problems with it. but once I took myself off of it, I went into bad depression. but anywho, I weight before birth 107 never gained weight. I want something that won't get me pregnant until I want to have another kid. just like I planned my pregnancy.

@emkasting, yes you are right. I believe the depo was a good choice for me. I think I'm probably going to stick with it and also do pull out just to be extra cautious. I can't trust the pill lol or pulling out. I pray to God this continues to work .
I have honestly just stuck with the pill, mostly because other methods have made me gain weight and break out. If the depo shot worked for you though I say stick to what you know works! But I wouldn't suggest the pull out method...not smart if you're really trying to prevent pregnancy..
my sister has the Marina birth control it lasts for five years and it worked really good for her to. but she never had a period on it. and I believe it could ruien chances of getting pregnant later on.
me I don't like b.c so if my man has to he can do the pull out method.
It sounds like it has so far! I personally wouldn't suggest mirena, I've seen a whole lot of horror stories associated with it and it just doesn't sound like a safe option. Same with the IUD implant, although I've seen more success stories with that one than mirena. But like I said if the shot is working for you I don't see why you should switch! :)
