@mommy99630, warm shower let the water run over your boobs (not directly that would hurt) then self express.... to be honest when i was first breast feeding i filled the tub up with hottish water got on my hands and knees and let my boobs soak then in the same postion just let them drain (outside the water) like a cow lol

Look up how to hand express the milk. Also massaging your breasts while pumping can help!

Hand expression or get baby to latch, compress, hot shower or bath to ease up the release.. @mommy99630. if all else fails call the lactation consultant
