Does anyone else get swollen hands and feet for seemingly no reason? I thought maybe it was from the doctor telling me to increase my salt intake but I haven't really done that, I started drinking gatorade along with the water I drink (also suggested by doc) but I have always eaten salty foods so I didn't add more to my diet cuz there can be too much salt on food and it's gross LOL

Anyways, could it be my period trying to come back again? I can't tell because I haven't had one in almost 2 months, last was May 16th 😱 I never got swollen from periods before, is that a thing? lol I get bloated but not swollen! I been trying to do the dishes cuz it's stacked up all over the place (boo gotta use every damn dish in the house to cook LOL), and my legs and feet started hurting and having that swollen feeling, and past two days my hands have felt like that on and off...?
