Okay I'm 30 weeks and I really can't stop feeling cramps in my lower abdominal. then I end up having to run to the toilet to poop..I have to wake up 3 or 4 times at night because my stomach tightens in so much pain. seriously I feel like the cramps are contractions because of how painful they are..anyone else feel his way or know what it could be? I can't stand it.

possibly stretching that's how I was when my stomache wpuld stretch & try n time them if u can't time them they aren't contractions
are you sure? they make you have to poop?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
