I used mine once I got to 40weeks. Went to have a sweep but couldn't have one because my son had moved back up! & they thought he'd moved back to back & they said it would help lol
@canteloupe24, I was told that it relieves back pain also. I've blown mine up and had a bit on it, it does feel like it helps to be honest! I can feel the muscles kind of stretching -it's nice x

I've just started using it because I heard it relieves back pain. But I'm mostly just sitting on it sometimes, not really using it properly yet. Xx

@emmaelaine, it definitely does something, it's nice to sit on because I always get sore from sitting or laying on the sofa. Xx
