Does anyone know how I can shift my sons sleep schedule? He's 6 days old and sleeps longer during the day but has periods where he stays awake in the middle of the night? I just wanna introduce a normal sleep schedule for him and get him to be awake during the day more often.
they become adjusted eventually. they're learning. best thing you can try to do is sleep when they do. it's tough, but there is light at the end of the tunnel!!! hang in there!!!
It's impossible to do at 6 days old. Baby doesn't understand the day and night time. Only closer to two months it's actually worth to start introducing a schedule
My baby's sleeping schedule is so messed up 😒 almost 3 in the morning and he's wide awake. Any help on trying to change that? It's kinda hard to keep him awake during the day he's only two weeks old all he does is basically sleep😓
Seems like there’s nothing I can do to keep my baby awake during the day. Took him all around my work today meeting people and it was bright outside and people were loud. Some held him and even that didn’t wake him up.
Do babies just randomly start sleeping during the night and staying up during the day? Or do I have to keep him awake mostly during the day for him to sleep during the night?!
Okay mom's who have had their babies, how do I keep my 6 day old awake during the day?????? He sleeps too much during the day and is wide awake at night and it's making me and his daddy argue in the middle of the night cause he thinks he needs to sleep and mommy doesn't.... 😒 so someone help me please???
I need help with a sleep schedule for my kids it’s 12:22am and they are still awake
It's impossible to keep an infant awake during the day- how tf am I supposed to put him on a sleep schedule. I mean he's 2 weeks old, is it even possible.
Try a bedtime routine. he isn't gonna understand it immediately, but we just started doing a bedtime routine with my son. a friend of mine knows a woman that sleep trained her 6 week old as well so we're gonna try that soon.
