Anyone else feel like their baby jerks in their sleep? My son does and it scares me so much. I think he has a hard time sleeping because of it

Occasionally my baby will keep twitching in her sleep. I hate it b/c it makes me think she's having a seizure or something (even though I know she's not). It definitely freaks me out.

Co sleeping...yay or nay? Lately Molly hasn't want to sleep in her crib and sleep with us. Which is fine but we do want her to sleep in her crib
