We were successful in finding housing that will be reasonable commutes to each of our jobs....gotta fly back to Florida in the morning... Went to a local grocery store and there were slot machines! We even saw a 24 hour Subway restaurant (among others)...Las Vegas is interesting.

girl yes..but I do believe after normal hours even though it's still open its by appt only. My mom did..plus I'm from a small town and I was ready to leave. the cost of living here is way cheaper than California.What brought you here?

For real?! That is encouraging because I can probably get a late night pedicure once fiance gets off of work. The locals are so accustomed to the odd places slot machines pop up. What brought you here? @ftmommieoftwiinz

when I first moved here I couldn't get over the slots in grocery stores and 711..oh and the 24hr nail shop lol
Just when we thought we were done hearing about it.
Still haven't told DH... ...that we're expecting! ? Tonight we were at dinner with my brother and SIL and they just had a baby 4 weeks ago. She said something about babies and DH replies, with such an attitude, "uh no! Never again, we are done!"

So My coworker does not get vaccinated for anything due to religious practices and she’s worried about our job making it mandatory since they discussed it earlier this week. It’s crazy how when vaccines even started or came about we were told it would be voluntary but now it’s mandatory and people need a verification card to go certain places. We even have certain states doing lottery drawings just to make people get it. people shouldn’t fear losing their jobs or having to go against their religious beliefs when we were told it was voluntary. I think this is wrong that companies are doing this.

Cool beans, appointments sound fine to me. My fiancee job is expanding and they opened up a Vegas office. He decided to volunteer to leave the Miami office (he was there at that branch10 years; I'm a Miami native). We will be here permanently by the first week of August. Now I need to begin the search for child care @ftmommieoftwiinz
