what do you laddies think .. pacifier or no pacifier ? for newborns ?

My son never cared for them sometimes when he was a newborn he would only suck for no more than a few minutes then spit it out. I think the paci might help self soothe to bed but I'm happy that my son isn't attached to anything

go for it .. my first hated them. he will always spit them out or just rubbed it on his gums...

Pacifier all the way. I pray my next baby takes the pacifier right away because with my son, he thought I was his human pacifier. It was really hard, but the paci saved me.

My son refused pacifier and my daughter loved hers. I just got rid of it before she was one and exchanged them for "big girl cups" and gave her binkis to babies who needed them😜

I say DO WHAT COMFORTS YOUR BABY! My son wouldn't take a pacifier no matter how hard I tried. My nephew took a pacifier instantly and it was a comfort item to him. It still is - that's like, the only downside. He's 2. Buuuut who cares
