FTM - I've been getting sharp pains in my abdomen, cramps at the top of my stomach that spread to my pelvic region, not too bad but enough to catch me off guard.
And also cramps in rectal area & diarrhea like cramps but no bowel movements.
I know only contractions would be a true sign of labor but does this mean im close?

I suggest getting up and getting active pronto, it'll help get them closer together but make sure you drink some water so you know for sure it's not dehydration causing them☺ good luck girl
those are real period, contractions are all over and get painful, tine them😄
If they worse in pain and closer together then it's real contractions
Mommies: what do cramping pains mean this far along in pregnancy? I'm 39+2.. FTM the cramps are in my hips and feel like I'm gonna start my period.. Normal? Or what.. 😕
