Pump and dump.

You can pump beforehand and keep some in a small cooler maybe?? But then idk how you'd warm it up if you're not at home. Or use the strips to see if they detect alcohol, cause you don't wanna breastfeed if there's alcohol in the breast milk obv ~ I don't know cause I've never done it just some ideas!
