How long did it take your breast milk to come in? I'm 37 weeks with a c section most likely going to be scheduled. Does that effect when it comes in?

No, the baby will get colostrum until milk comes

Mine came in 5 days after and I've been pumping but not every 3 hours like I was suppose but now that it's come in (the milk) my boobs Hurt so bad that I have to pump every 3 hours !

you produce colostrum before the actual milk comes in and the baby nurses off of that
