Ugh. No sleep training method works for us. I have tried everything! My last resort was crying it out and can't even do that because my kid is psycho. She immediately freaks out and holds her breath until I pick her up. I seriously don't know what to do anymore. I have tried everything other moms and the Internet suggested. 😩

I don't know if you've seen this website http://www.babysleepsite.com/. It worked wonders for free. Granted they want you to buy their services, however they offer a lot of free advice that helped me figure out my LO sleep situation.

You're welcome @mamesey , I could sit here and tell you all about the issues my son has has sleep all the breakdown all the moments of looking at my husband like he somehow was at Fault fo everything, but that would take days. But I can say that it took me three months of consistency until my son gave in to just staying in his bed with out completely using the cry it out just in lil spurts. He sleeps much better now but we are still working on night feeding and early rising.
