Are Braxton Hicks contractions suppose to hurt? I been having cramps for the last 2 hours and they hurt😩😢 my big butt over here crying 😟😖

@beckyann24 okay normally you time from the beginning of one until the beginning of the next but I hav no clue how that works. I have the app called Full term on my phone, it's a contraction counter and will let you known if something is up. Honestly with you being 33 weeks if that shower didn't stop the pains you're having and you've change positions and they're still going I'd call your OB or go straight to labor and delivery to get monitored, I always like to say better safe than sorry. but when you do get far enough along you need to time contractions full term is amazing, they'll even tell you which stage of labor you're in, then you follow the 5-1-1 rule 5 minutes apart lasting atleast minute for an hour <- 37 and up

nope they're not supposed to but I guess they can, can you time them? try drinking water and taking a bath if that doesn't stop it its real

Saturday at 1AM, lost my mucus plug/bloody show, and I was freaking out! A couple of hours later I had cramping, but felt like BH just a little stronger. They came and went, but felt stronger with each hour. Didn't sleep that whole night! I called the midwife at my hospital and told her I lost it and was having really bad cramping and she told me I was fine and was prob just having BH contractions.

My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé.
