I want to teach my daughter that eating healthy isn't about what you look like on the outside its about the inside and how much better you feel emotionally and mentally when you eat healthy. @jennatess she is an idiot. I listen to Jillian Michaels podcast every week and she says (which is common sense) that the amount of money you pay for fast food, is no different than healthy food, and if it is it's actually cheaper. Those are the kinds of people who are truly unhappy with themselves.

Like there is a reason they get on you when you eat unhealthy and are on the overweight side as it is. Like sure it taste good but it's so bad for you and your baby oh and on top of it she is. high risk pregnancy...@emmysmommy, @jennatess

@emmysmommy, I agree. For me, it's morbid literally means "death". It's one thing if you're okay with what you're doing to your body, but there are people who love you. People who don't want to find you dead. And, like my friend - she posts regularly on social media about how her doctor is an idiot and won't approve her for gastric bypass. It's because she won't stop with the fast food! Her doctor isn't the idiot. SHE is.

@jennatess, I am a firm believer in loving your body in each and every shape/size. But like clogged arteries are not cute. When your doctor is telling you you need to be careful, that's not cute. That's not healthy for you.

I have this friend who can't get pregnant because she's morbidly obese. And all she does is complain on Facebook. Yet, she posts pictures of her meals... Which just today was two cheeseburgers from McDonald's fries and a Coke. She snapped chatted it with the words "a small snack before dinner.". Like, ARE YOU KIDDING? That's more sodium than you need in 4 days, Let alone one! And that's just a 'snack'?!?! Well, I posted something on here saying that if she wasn't willing to change her diet and workout and LOOSE THE WEIGHT, then she wasn't ready to be a mom. Some girl jumped on me for "fat shaming" almost at once. 🙄😒🙄😒🙄
