you may have a blocked saliva duct I had the same problem

there's these little holes in every one's mouth that creates saliva/spit and sometimes calcium builds up in the duct of the saliva gland and causes swelling and pain.... to get rid of it suck on a lemon, drink lots of water, and add something hot with pressure and rub the area in circular motion it will slowly break the calcium down

definitely a blocked saliva gland hun I cried when it happened to me I was in my first trimester so I was sick and had a swollen painful face
