i want to know what is the best thing to make sure my milk isnt thin when i have my baby..I want my milk to be nice & thick so I won't have to switch to formula due to my milk being thin! if that makes sense, can someone give me suggestions?

@cubanese okay but doesn't like what i eat effect my milk produce?

You produce the exact milk your baby needs .. You start off with colostrum and then after the first week you make the milk your talking about.. It's all a process once your baby latches on
