So two days ago, when I woke up I stretched and the middle of my calf started hurting so bad where it made me cry. It hasn't done it since but it hurts to even walk. I have been limping. Any idea what's wrong ?!
So common with pregnancy! On top of the toe pointing up and bananas make sure to drink lots of water and stretch A LOT before sleeping! I've had this most of my pregnancy 😩
Eat bananas. Your body needs potassium. (That's what my doctor told me when my legs started cramping)
That happened to me too. My leg cramped really bad one night and the next few days I was limping cause my calf was still sore from it.
