For the breastfeeding moms, do your babies spit up? My first born never spit up, but my daughter does...wondering if it's normal or if it's something in my diet that's bothering her belly.

@bianca_rose, it would break my heart to see him spit up so much and thought it was reflux. But he wasn't uncomfortable or fussy. And he was gaining weight and had dirty diapers. And I'm exclusively breast feeding so formula was not an option and it stopped eventually.
I know, and she gets so startled when it happens and doesn't breathe for a second, it's so scary
That happened to her to it scared the hell out of me I'm afraid to even sleep sometimes bc I don't want her spitting up I wonder if it's from over feeding

Yea she just started spitting up recently and sometimes she coughs and chokes a little idk if it's me doing something wrong if it continues I'm going to call her dr

Not really, only when she over-eats while she's comfort eating
Same with Sophia, she's not uncomfortable when it happens (except when it comes out of her nose) and everything else seems normal. Guess she'll grow out of it too @nurseriri
