No ma'am lol I'm 5'6 and pre pregnancy I did a lot of weight training and body building I have always maintained a solid 150-155 during training seasons with about 10% body fat and then I slimmed down during off season to about 140ish (backwards I know but it works for me) so by that standard I would have been obese lol
I've always been underweight😣 108 pounds & 5'8, but now that I'm preggo I weigh 134😍 I wish I weighed 140 regularly😍
okay y'all I'm 5'2 and weighed 110 before pregnancy and 118 at 33 weeks don't bash it or hate on it everyone is unique in their size. all sizes are beautiful
There is no ideal body weight because these charts don't take into account how unique everyone is!! Different bone density, different muscle mass, different body types, everyone's different. As long as you eat right, stay at least somewhat active, and just make sure to take care of yourself, you're fine.
But then again if you're a body builder and are super muscular at 5'2 you could way a lot more than 110
I don't go by these charts..they're proven to be bias & inaccurate.
