What's good for really bad heartburn :( and making me feel sick 😷 help need so advice

The midwife told me to avoid milk, says water and rennies will do the job and that helps me ! Bloody nightmare isn't it :( x

Rennie tablets always help me Hun! Also weirdly bananas seem to help calm it xx

Milk or refreshers sweets!! I had gaviscon but it makes me gag, rennie tabs help too!! Mine is terrible 😔
