What are some ways you've found that help you save money with a baby?
My partner and I have realized we can't get WIC, and are lucky to have 10 bucks in the bank every once in awhile...
If we don't find some way to afford diapers and wipes, I'm going to have to find a job right after the baby's born, and he won't have a mom or dad around to take care of him. I absolutely hate the sound of that and just do not want to be away from my baby...

Idk if you get medicaid..But having medicaid & being pregnant, automatically qualifies you for wic.
im 22 weeks pregnant and NEVER had a vaginal exam. i too have a phobia of anyone other than hubby touching or coming near my vagina. You definitely dont need one love, you can deny it. Definitely doesnt mean a dr wont see you! Msg me if you need to talk
blood test also to prove pregnancy doesn't have to be vaginal ultrasound and urine test is taken as well
Ahh that sucks. My WIC just let me show them my pregnancy test because I didn't have a doctor yet.
you can get wic/ foodstamps if you only put your info and not include your partner info.. jusat say its only you..

@smb_mommy I can't prove I'm pregnant without a doctor. I can't have a doctor without a vaginal exam. I have a phobia of doctors and physically try to fight them if they try to touch me. I can't control it and I'm just not capable of getting a vaginal exam done unless they strap me down or drug me or something.

why not? go to DSS and tell them your pregnant and you need wic ,fs and Medicaid
Message me, mama. This is my 3rd rodeo and due to PTSD have real trouble with invasive exams. You are very young (and I don't mean that in a negative way at all), you just haven't learned to be the stubborn, demanding, self-advocating b!tc# that every mother becomes. I had my son at age 27 and due to a hard life I let people tell me what I had to do, and if I couldn't face it I just avoided it all together. Now, as a mom of 2 (gonna be 3), a former firefighter and EMT, and a farmer who milks 30 goats by hand every day, I find the way to cut through the crap and get what needs to be done done.
