Does anyone know of any over the counter anxiety or depression medication I could take during pregnancy and breastfeeding? I was going to wait but I don't think I can anymore... this stress is not healthy for my baby and I can't just have these all-day breakdowns all the time...

I was on celexa. that is a huge no. my doctor said nope. it has been linked to birth defects

have you talked to your doctor about this? there is some prescription drugs that are safe to take while pregnant.

as far as I know celexa is safe
