I really like my haakaa silicone breast pump. It's hands free and just uses suction! I nurse on one side and pop this on the other just to catch the leakage (plus the suction pulls out a bit more with a let down). I got almost 3.5 ounces! No squeezing. No boob massage. Nothing.

The only thing is you don't want to move around too too much with it in cause the suction is good but not THAT good.

They are $20 online I believe. Made in New Zealand.
