Rang up about my maternity allowance only to be told they text me last Friday saying they can't pay because my SMP1 form was missing. So the guy checks on the system to see what docs were scanned and a copy of they bloody SMP1 is there but labelled as something else 😡 if hadn't called the mistake would of gone unnoticed!!
