@mamabee, I had to take the comfort things off the straps in order to get my chest clip to stay where it should so you may have go as well! The little pads were causing the clip to keep moving down.

@eskawho, I will definitely be moving it up! I never even realized it was wrong but makes complete sense! Wow! I'm so happy I posted her pic in the car seat so I can correct it! I love this app just for this reason! 😉

Of course. I'm just glad you took the advice the right way. A lot of moms get mad but car seat safety is soooo important.

the chest clip should be at arm pit level on the chest by the nipple area and straps looks like the need to be tightened...it shouldn't be any give when you pinch it around the shoulders.

If you were to get into an accident they could go into her belly & cause a lot of issues or she could even die. That's why i asked. Not many new moms know about car seat safety so just trying to help ☺️

Yes! They are meant to be at her arm pits not her belly area.
