I've gone into natural labor without pain medicine through the whole thing. It is painful but it's better not to use pain medication. It's better and healthier natural for your body in the future but if u can't handle the pain as it goes you should get pain medication there's nothing bad to ask for it 🙂 don't be scared. Everything will come out great!
