is it true that your nails grow fast or long when you pregnant?

If you take your prenatals, mine grew super fast when I was taking mine but they don't grow that fast since I've stopped taking them

No! It's not true for everyone. I took my prenatals like I was supposed to and my hair did not grow faster and neither did my nails.

it's never to early to start your prenates . are you waiting? and yes she's right it's different for everybody.

My hair grows faster not pregnant than pregnant. Same with my nails. Perhaps you'll be one of the lucky ones and have hair and nail growth while pregnant

no they don't but what worked for me was ice, water, apple juice, peppermints, minty gum. and crackers.
