I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
you should just get a bowl of cold water or ice water and out it next to you while you feed your bb so when your done feeding her you can put the bottle in the ice water and you won't waste it
