You put it in your mouth cause as you suck the snot comes out but there is a thing in it nothing will get your mouth. I was gonna buy one for my baby but never got around to actually buying it but I need to cause that bulb is a pain and you can't clean it

you won't get snot in your mouth. they say it's safer for the baby's because you can clean it. the traditional nose suckers have been getting lots of complaint in mold being inside. i had mold inside my fist born and will be getting nose freeda for my second child
