if you are just delaying cord-clamping/burning that is something else entirely, not a true lotus birth

I did a lotus birth for my baby, it took 4 days for the cord to detach, it's not so hard to care for as some people make it out to be and the notion that it will cause an infection is false.. however if you are having a hospital birth your doctor will be strongly against it and it will take a lot of effort to get them to allow and honor it.

idk what kind it is just my mother told me it can casue them from the placenta being attached.

I was contemplating it. Except not bring the placenta home and everything but just keeping it attached for a little longer than they usually do

it is more benificial for baby. more blood Nd nutrients for baby. even its till the cord stops pulsing. thats what I did.
