One suggestion I read was first thing in the morning drink a big cup of ice water w\a lemon wedge. It is supposed to help yur metabolism and also drink water before every meal, it'll fill yu up quicker. Nd also plate yur food on a small plate. Itll help yu from over filling it nd over eating! :)
