You can use a thermometer or a q-tip with Vaseline on it and gently insert it in babys butt. Maybe like 1/2 inch. Then wiggle it a little or move it otherwise. It'll cause your baby have a bowel movement. But like I said, super gentle and be very careful not to hurt baby @zaynejoseph16
