Idk if the stitches I got ripped or its me walking around way to much but I'm so uncomfortable and in pain

Take a mirror & look you'll be able to tell. Infected you'll have green stuff coming out & smell really bad down there. If so call the dr if it's green & smell. Somtimes it's normal but usally its infected. If it's tore take it easy for a few days sit or lay down the next few days becarful when you sit & go to stand up. That's how I ripped my not just standing up I would slid on the chair

Overdoing it will make you hurt. I had that problem because I wanted to do everything.
