I've dyed mine twice. I think they say wait until after the 1st trimester to be on safe side, I'm sure NHS website say something about dying hair in pregnancy too which I had a little read of before booking my appointment xxx

yes it's fine @tish94. I personally waited until after 16 weeks. if you're worried there's a guide on the nhs website which says it doesn't get absorbed through your scalp and therefore doesn't get to baby but to do it in a well ventilated room xx

I think they say not to bleach but there is no evidence so say either way if it's damaging or not. I asked midwives, doctors and hair dressers & they said the same. I have heard that because of our hormones sometimes they colour may come or different. Not sure if that's true. I've dyed my hair a couple times both pregnancies

I have mine done every month as long as you are in a well ventilated room, doors & windows open you will be fine

my hairdresser said it was fine to do. I waited until 16 weeks to do mine. it's down to you whether you want to or not now apparently x

I don't know I just avoided it all pregnancy and got it done after I had him. It felt amazing tbh nice little pick me up. New baby, new hair lol xx
